Chief Human Resources Officer - {Staff Perks} - Oversee all lower staff departments and lead the Human Resources team. CHRO is responsible for recruitments, breaks, resignations, terminations, and maintaining staff structure. Ensures all staff are active, on tasks, and handling external information accurately and professionally.
**Partnership Team Leader - {Paid + Staff Perks} ** - Work alongside the CGO in leading the partnership team. PTL handles weekly checks, ensures our partners are being rolled properly, and answers any questions asked by our PMs!
Growth Team - {Paid + Staff Perks} - Help Obsidian grow by, bumping and advertising our server, and spreading awareness about OA.
Partnership Team - {Paid + Staff Perks} - Help Obsidian continue to grow by partnering with other servers, and answering any modmails wishing to partner.
