Is this facts?
Yes
In many countries
It's not cos it's fake (mentalness is an illusion)
Ok that was a joke, yh it's not since many cultures don't believe that people do have issues to do with their minds and there's still a heavy stigma around it
Starting too 😅
Wish everybody was aware ages ago
Yeah its wild
Yh even the idea of trauma is smth that some ppl don't believe in
People in my country dont take mental health serious
If they dont think its serious enough
We get sent home
Other people who died bc of it
(im so dissapointed)
Like parenting for instance
They would put all the frustrations and anger on their child
And pretend like nothing has ever happened to them afterwards
Its wild
Like it hurts a lot
I think like Millennials and Gen Z’s are more aware of it than past generations
Like people that are old school just dont care about people’s mental well beings too often
Yeah its just older people in particular that i question em for
Like we get hurt by our parents for instance and they dont even reassure us if everything is okay
Oh wow thats insane
Idk if i can say the word here but the people that bullies innocent people in school leads them to their own deaths its like bruh the bullies should be in jail
Veg state huh
Its like sometimes therapy can work
If they really want that type of help and treatment they need but its like it takes time and patience to get that mental health back on track
What and what now?
Ye
Mental hospitals is prob hell
I waited 1 hr
In there
Ye they shud jail
Hopefully it is
Because before
Like mental hospitals feels creepy type of vibes
Its giving me outlast vibes

Thats why we got school shooters in America like its no joke stuff
Its just mental illness
I see
Thats good like we have apps regarding of mental health to reduce stress and anxiety i like how everything now is revolutionizing
And people online are being aware of how people’s situations are doing where people donates the people in need of help type of thing
Hopefully it isnt no scams or anything
Mental health is sooo important but some people victimize themselves too much where it then ruins it for other people
I blame gen z/millennials
😭 We aint all that bad
Nah I know (I’m gen z too) but we need to be real enough to recognize that problem
It depends where you are in the world tbh 1st world countries have a lot of care programs for mental health issues
Like it does exist. If everyone used their mental health as an excuse, no one would do ANYTHING. ppl gotta overcome/lock in
Yeah it usually requires if they need the help and put the work in to become a better person type of mentality
I respect the answer
Agreed
People can also have bad clinical issues like bpd and depression which affects mental health a lot i think those get downplayed
I meann it doesnt necessarily depends on the area
Maybe if it is a poverty issue yes
Yeah Mental Illness is no joke
People can even be born with a certain mental disorder during their birth year or even get diagnosed with any form of anxiety at a young age it can happen anywhere anytime
a good amount of 3rd world countries have little to no care on mental health issues and downplay it compared to 1st is my point
true!
And also another thing to bring up is
Ik we do gotta take care ourselves and its normal
But people that cant be able to afford their healthcare for instance like they need their medication bc of anxiety/depression
Like they cant be able to function theirselves properly in the real world type of thing
yeah I know its so sad
most medications arent expensive to make its a shame what greed does
Yeah like America Healthcare is a big joke
I used to have free healthcare at one point and it got revoked im like bruh what the heck
I'd blame the older generation cos of so much of the stigma stems from them which then passes down issues for younger people who can't process how they feel properly
No yea it’s older generations who didn’t find it important at all but gen z/millennials have taken it too far
I think that might just be a small amount of the loud ones tbh, a lot of them do suffer in silence which is usually bad if they aren't coping with it properly and don't understand it
Awareness is good and mental health IS important but we have some straight up weaklings
Now that's kinda harsh ngl
Sure if it’s a small population they’re def overpowering
Life is TOUGH for everyone. If we all crumbled under pressure then nothing would get done
Why should others pick up the slack
That’s not good for mental health either now is it
Well usually we hear the negatives from certain communities more than the positives, for example haters sound louder than praises so we focus on the bad much more than the good
Well that's if the ppl with issues decided to drag others down with them which I have seen and it's not right
Yea we agree then
But we can't generalise it for everyone ofc
Mental health is never an excuse for being a shit person either
At least to others
Ofc it isn't, I've heard that excuse a lot from others
That’s a part of the wuss mentality too
I mean some ppl do need more support than others tho, sometimes things build up too much to the point that the need help
Yea but let’s make sure we’re allocating the right support and resources to the right people
Too many people be crying wolf
Idk I think like Gen Z got the worse luck of all things
We can be soft I’ll admit it
But like we kinda wish we be living in the American Dream type of thing (I know theres other people from worldwide that visions it)
Like bruh economy rn everything is expensive 💔
There’s literally articles about gen z being like this in the corporate world and how none of them want to work
Ok I also saw points on medication, not everyone can have that and it's not always to do with a chemical imbalance in the brain
Bc literally working itself affects their mental health. Like bffr almost everyone hates work
Nah I agree but you won’t catch me with a woe is me mentality. I want to boss up and overcome that struggle but I see so many of my peers who are just accepting defeat
But ur Soo not wrong
Oh we talked about this HAHA
We either take the easy route to make the bread or gotta work regularly like the real world
Tbh that's just fear and hate mongering, this is happening to gen z and it happened to millennials, humans always wanna blame and attack some community
Where’s the fear and hate mongering if I literally see it happen at my workplace and with my friends
Like I’m gen z that shits just true I fear
Everyone wants to be a millionaire but don’t want to work for it
I guess they aint for the grind
Instead they’d rather waffle out
Well to a point it is EVERY generation will always have issues and we should work through it without being negative abt all those bad traits otherwise we'll slow down in many things
It do require work yes
Like working hard mentality is like EH its ight
I dont wanna see myself getting old too fast like that 💀😅
Idk I think generations DO have generalized traits and characteristics. Gen z is no exception we have a disproportionate number of the issue at hand im discussing
And I do know many hard working ppl a little older than me who try their best with their work but it's also hard, they still try
Yea and that’s real asf but we make do
Im just glad theres other ways to make disposable income besides having to work a regular 9-5
And yes Passive income do take time
But it isnt for everybody
Make the bread while you can
Instead people would rather lay around and rack up credit card debt😭😭
You will not catch me doing that🥀
Ya know that one that hits me 💀💀 but i do pay my other bills which im good to go
NAUR💔💔 prioritize paying ts off don’t succumb to the interest
Ur not alone in that issue though financial literacy isn’t something we’re automatically born with
Mhmm aint that the truth
Now hopefully America.. will one day give us UBI and that would help on bills even a lot more
That would alleviate financial stress but it would deffff contribute to decreased incentives to work
Isn’t it more helpful if ur in like extreme poverty
Bruh i got time out
Okay as i was mentioning
I think like it’ll help low to mid income for sure like obvs people over 100K income or higher dont even necessarily need it they can always opt out if they like
And people might say that 1,000 a month would make people leave their jobs
Bruh it aint knowing whats going on in the real world
Everything rn is expensive look at gas prices
