no it's not skill issue, that's just a limiting belief, everyone can manifest just fine infact you've been Manifesting your whole life just unconsciously until now that you know about it, even if give up on manifesting you'll give up on "conscious" manifesting cause your autopilot thoughts would be running reality anyways, so the reason for your failure could be not being consistent, wavering, acknowledging the 3d, giving up after persisting for a few days that's it that's all
