Im shit in school iv been freediving which is a sport where u hold ur breath and swim as deep as u can but last week I was going for. A personal record 100feet and I had what was called pulmonary barotrauma which is basically where the bag in ur lungs tear and I can't dive for a rally long time or maybe never again
I've been coughing a shit ton of blood too

The doctor said the blood would stop leeking into my lung by now so I'm rlly scared
But theres still blood

Dont be scared and don't take stress because this make it more bad
Diving is the only thing I enjoy doing
That can be removed after recovery or with recovery so don't think that much
It's kinda my life

So pretty much there's a little or big idk tear in my lung and it's pretty much a hole where blood from outside of the lung can leak into it which the blood travels thru my diaphragm and into my throat
And I cough it up
