Arabic is a very very complex language that some ppl go to schools to specifically learn Arabic and ill give an example of how complex and complicated the language is bc the word (lion) has over 500+ ways to say and the word (water) over 100+ ways to say the word (camel) has over 100+ ways to say.
That's why I gave up on trying to learn it, life is already difficult 😭

Well it's hundreds of years of development so yes there would be many different words and most of them were used and created for poetry so poets would create whole new words just to fit there their poetry
