I’m an American and have visited many countries around the World and can say that we really are the best when it comes to infrastructure, technology, education, and overall happiness. But I can see why people from other nations would perceive the US as a bad place with not very healthy food and stuff

Yes housing may be bad but the states can fix that themselves if they try. Yes of course the president can fix it but he's busy starting wars over nothing and being controlled by Israel

Cumulatively, they are taxed less overall, and those other countries don't have the US's penchant for private hospitals... so.. 💀 obv better than the american hospitals who are more profit chasing than anything.

Of which, have the same, or better quality, and are a billion times cheaper.
The American healthcare system is probably the only reason why the term 'Medical Tourism' exists. because it's honestly cheaper to buy a ticket to another country and receive treatment there.
