Well that's majority of those type of men not all are asshole, there are reasons to every human action including if their past was messed up.
Probably when they were younger some times our parents can pass unhealed trauma down to their children and that child has issues regulating their emotions.
It's understandable why u don't like men but not all of them are far gone if u were able to find a bf who listens and genuinely loves you then, that is proof that men in general can be like him.

Understandable, I would not eat shit cookies but I would find a bakery that produces good ones.
if you're getting shit cookies that entire time that means you've gone to a bakery that has no idea on how to make cookies.
So basically if you're in a place where the men you find is constantly shit then it was the wrong placing and timing.
