I know lots of people want to live on their own and have their own freedom to have a place for theirselves or with their lovers without any obligations happening every single day
And honestly there’s nothing wrong about living with your parents in todays modern society because everything now is so expensive and we can’t be the one to judge and it’s amazing that you dont have to pay rent to stay in your parents house when usually they would pay it most of the time unless they offer you to help them pay the bills because like i mention economy is expensive
So what do y’all think abt this topic?

sharpdolphin-67 OP

yeah?

freshmaple-47

To be honest sure to a certain age

freshmaple-47

but once ur a little to grown its not right ur taking advantage of ur parents and should work on finding somewhere else to live

sharpdolphin-67 OP

saving money takes time to find a spot of ur own and life do be a struggle sometimes like time is money

sharpdolphin-67 OP

but at the same time i dont wanna be roommates with somebody idek and lots of people do that all the time when having to move out of the basement

sharpdolphin-67 OP

thats game

freshmaple-47

why not? you could make some good friends and save a bit each month until you can live alone comfortably

freshmaple-47

thats better than living with ur parents forever

sharpdolphin-67 OP

yeah depends on the person tho like what if i dont feel their vibes well what if this person is not cool or like at least helpful type of roommate

freshmaple-47

youll never know if you never try

freshmaple-47

and you can always leave it things go badly

sharpdolphin-67 OP

nothing wrong living with ur parents maybe from my experience my parents dont mind me staying in their place for as long as they can by the time they retire or what not

freshmaple-47

If you provide for their house thats fine if you help with bills and groceries

freshmaple-47

but if you let them do it all thats not okay

sharpdolphin-67 OP

thankfully i didnt have to do much of that but i did help them out in the house and pay the bills of my car

sharpdolphin-67 OP

and then not have additional income in my pockets 💔

freshmaple-47

yeah ur car!! every now and then you should pay for things in their house because its a good otherwise ur kinda taking advantage of them

sharpdolphin-67 OP

dw my parents loves me they know me too well

freshmaple-47

be smart obviously talk to them before you move in get a general vibe off them

sharpdolphin-67 OP

do u got a crib of ur own?

freshmaple-47

roommates can be great

sharpdolphin-67 OP

depends on the person

freshmaple-47

sharpdolphin-67 OP

thats good to hear

freshmaple-47

exactly

freshmaple-47

Id definitely prefer to live with roommates but my uni is 5mins from home💔

sharpdolphin-67 OP

thats very convenient plus no need to drive to school just walk instead

freshmaple-47

sharpdolphin-67 OP

yeah its good to have luck by our side

quickranger-40

quickbadger-36

:armscrossed: it's my parents house so not a big deal

snowyorange-96

.

snowyorange-96

Its wrong

quickbadger-36

:pepetea:

snowyorange-96

If you dont live alone then you will gain more clingyness from parents and be only dependant on them how to live ur life

snowyorange-96

Living alone teaches u alot

quickbadger-36

It's okay as long as you are not with fam

quickbadger-36

Yeah.

quickbadger-36

It all depends on if you want to move out Nd if you are capable on standing on your own

quickbadger-36

Like affording a house/rent

quickbadger-36

Nd still handling all other aspects of your life

quickbadger-36

But if you can't do all at once. Mama's there for you:armscrossed:

quickbadger-36

Chill with a roof over Ur head Nd put money where it belongs

quickbadger-36

For real

quickbadger-36

They miss their kids when old bones come in

quickbadger-36

Nd most of the times, every one is too busy to care I guess :armscrossed:

sharpdolphin-67 OP

Yeah i Can agree on that
It takes time to move out of the basement when its needed
Idk if i would wanna stay with the fam for too too long
