Awesome choices! I love me some Lamb of God, been listening to them since they were Burn the Priest :D, if I HAD to pick multiple favorites, I guess I would lean towards Tool, SOAD, Steely Dan, Meshuggah, ugh, my tastes are actually all over the place 😄
Resurrection #9 is one of my alltime fav songs tho
As for gaming, I primarily play Skyrim now, I recently took over one of the larger wabbajack skyrim lists, but play a bunch of other stuff, mostly single player stuff
Sweet! I've had the pleasure of seeing LOG live. SOAD and Tool are great bands as well. I'm currently playing Overwatch but have mostly played MMOs in the past.
Right on --- I've heard some Atreyu, very tight band (helps that one of my all time fav movies is neverending story lol)... I saw LOG many years ago, I used to go to a lot of concerts, was in the Navy on the west coast in the early 90's and actually got invited to the Loft in LA and saw tool before they signed a record deal, so been on that train for a long time... I work from home mostly as well, and suck socially, so am trying to meet people, but bc I provide support for the Wabbajack list am on discord constantly, so thought I would try to meet some friends on other servers. Full disclosure, I'm 56 and a widower, not that it matters, but like to be upfront about stuff lol
And older metalcore is great for me, Killswitch Engage, As I Lay Dying, Parkway Drive (love Wishing Wells), and a bunch of others...
