In history men were never invested into maximizing their looks, women always have given more emphasis on looks.
For men it was always being successful, powerful and respectable which they considered was the peak of masculine features!!
With the given condition where women are more successful than men, younger men have become confused as to know what really means to be a man!!
So then we got the figure gurus like Andrew tate and others with their own insecure bullshite!!
It's a hard time for young men right now- there is no clear defination of masculinity for them!!
So now men have adopted more feminine approach of obsessing over looks!!
