Ive recently started trying to control my dreams (lucid dreaming) and I was wondering if anyone has any tips. If not no worries (: my personality is all over the place so I may be crazy one day then just sad on another :)
Heyy idk if u know the rules for lucid dreaming so ima tell u emm! 1, never tell other people in your dream it can become a nightmare for alot of people the others in there dreams faces will melt and get creepy smiles and they try to kill you! 2, dont look in mirrors also a way for it to turn to nightmare creepy stuff can appear in them! Stay calm if you do break one of these in nightmares if you try to attack them your imagination can start making it worse for you making it feel more real. 3, to get out of the dream close your eyes for awhile it tells your brain your ready to wake up. Also be careful sometimes it can lead to sleep paralysis

Yh I heard aboutth e sleep paralysis thing but I think that's just the hypnagogic state and it'll stop soon ty for the rest of the info!
It's where when your dreaming you realise it's just a dream then you can do basically whatever you want kinda
