Why'd you quit?
due the country I live in, all bosses try to take the max and pay the less. I guess it's the same for any coutnry, but still. Working 25-27 days a month for 15 hours I was earning quite an average salary, doesn't matter the place. So I decided to leave. With my resume I can easily go back in business tho
also I couldn't find a place where I can implement my own menu, only following boring and not really asian-accurate kitchen

hard to say. From my fav thing to cook and eat - sashimi. but to cook for the process itself I'd say ramen since there's many steps to do
