Religions can have their own religious laws and courts but i think outside that religious values shouldn’t be forced onto others in the justice system like abortions being banned for christian values that some women just don’t live by or swearing on oath

I think you can put them but under conditions yk just like How Sharia Law dosent apply to None Muslims

And religions ones
Cuz Athists are not in the category of religious laws
what if a person is muslim..but he doesnt wanna follow all rules of islam in a country with sharia law??
Go with the Civil law cuz the condition for such system to work is not to be enforced on anyone even if its their religion
