Did you know in south korea people are forced to be skinny and below 60 kg bc people otherwise bully others for example being 64 kg or something or more, like it is so wrong on many levels and i was seeing this from someone who talked about it, and i honestly feel very sad for them.
beauty standards in east asia are crazzy
So real
Everyone is obsessed with weight loss... And then I struggle with weight gain
Being ultra skinny isn't a good thing, there's no energy for stuff at times
Well not really
Many is forced
Some wants it
Some not
Ok many believe in having weight loss
But not alot chooses
Some choose for them
Its unfair
its not that they are forced
its just that they will not be accepted properly if they dont do that
Humans are social creatures.
It's forced, because if they don't conform, they won't fit in.
