I turned 19 just last month and have read books about communicating and social interaction but reading and doing is so hard and it's more hard where u have lived in a home with minimal communication and meet new people in years . It's so bad that I have lost interest in anyone and myself what can I do to change myself or anyone who is suffering from bad communication
