If you could travel back in time and had an easy opportunity of killing a person who is gonna be a mass murderer then would you kill that person?
(Note: That gonna be person has not yet started killing yet but the day of his first victim or action is near)

It's like that scene from Avengers Endgame where Rhodes asks why we can't kill baby Thanos when we know the future. It's more of Nature v/s Nurture question because the murderer was born that way take most famous serial killer example but also their are serial killer where they were abused my childhood which led them to violence still doesn't excuse what they did though. So, if the murderer is the way they are because of their childhood then I would probably protect them.
