So I like to explain this with the words amoral and immoral
A person is described immoral when they operate within a moral framework though they actively violate it
Amoral is when a creature lacks a moral compass and cannot separate right from wrong
Let's give an example
A baby says a woman is ugly - the baby doesnt know that calling a woman ugly is immoral, but it is just saying the "truth" in the way it sees it
Now a grown man says a woman is ugly - they know obviously that calling a woman ugly is immoral, and they are consciously choosing it to do it anyway
Now I personally consider the grown man's act evil, since he is conscious of it
