Have y'all been following the job market lately?
I feel like some of these jobs
they dont seem to like us Gen Zs wanting to work with them
Maybe that might be why
And also the fact that jobs in general are starting to become more difficult than ever before even when applying for a job that is little to no experience whatsoever
Ill guess
People make it harder
Thats why
Ig they just decided on that
Its easy to see they are just turning us to s word
On a different lvl
No matter what color we are
They want us to struggle so we depend on them
Thats what i think
Or view
Nothing is fair
Everything is a gaining system
And some things you have to use much of ur life span
To get something good
Or it could mean people wants to make us dumber
So they make everything extra hard
So we get no where
And i belive if the world was fair then
People would not had to use other people
Its the system
They don’t like how aware we are.
Also.
They’re out sourcing.
To other countries with very low minimum wage.
Also, more and more people in the job market.
But same amount of jobs.
