Brave The Storm Tournament - May 31 2026
Summary
Niveous Gaming announces the Brave The Storm Tournament on May 31 2026 hosted on Pokémon Showdown. The event is NatDexOU singles 6v6 best-of-3s, Megas-only, double elimination with a 64-player cap and possible qualifiers. Rules include sleep, species, item, and endless battle clauses plus a Weather Team Rule. Admission is free with a grand prize and additional pseudo prizes.

Singles 6v6 best of 3s
Strictly only Megas (Terastallizing and Gigantimaxing are NOT allowed and will result in a lose)
Double eliminations
Max 64 contestants
If we exceed, we will hold qualifiers!

Species clause
Item clause
Endless battle clause
Weather Team Rule
Atleast 1 Setter of any weather condition.
Atleast 2 Pokémon aside from the Setter that benefit from the weather via type synergy or ability.
Examples are as follows
Ice type Def boost in Snow
Rock type Sp.Def boost in Sand
Dry skin in Rain
Solar power in Sun
Terrain is allowed.
Admission is free and there will be a Grand Prize aswell as numerous Pseudo Prizes as well, rewarding creativity, execution and skill! I would love to see as many as you guys as possible there for our first major event!
