can anybody help me understand what they’re saying here?? my email keeps saying “too many failed attempts” when i try to login . i tried to get a email change and they said this .

like my whole gmail is disabled . i can’t get into it because i didnt have a recovery email i’m guessing . they keep telling me that the change email feature is not available.
She’s saying to go through googles account recovery process
i did and it’s nothing they can do because it wasn’t a recovery email on there . that’s what i was telling them .
You’ll have to go through the process with google to recover your account without a recovery email
