I provided proof to support team and they told me they couldn’t do anything about it. My account had been locked for months and now that I am wanting to come back for NFL, I am reaching out here for help. I can provide any info needed and last time I was able to log into app there was no record of the deposit that they claimed was back-charged.
I went through that already but couldnt get to a representative
