it's just unfortunate.I don't know what I did wrong.I clicked on my team.I only picked one team.It showed that I picked it.I guess it was just a glitch
The role was not registering for a lot of people as discord is rate limited. it was suggested to try again during down hours or later during the day as everyone was trying to role up at the same time.

If you had caught it earlier you would have been given the role, but the tournament is too far in sorry
i picked it even before game one, but I guess like you said it glitched out and it wasn't showing

yessirr same thing happened to me . i just happened to go and pick them again and it gave me the role .
Seriously I picked the Celtics I double check and click and to go off and click once more to see I choose it

Unfortunately roles aren’t being issued so late into the playoffs anymore
Exceptions aren’t being made either as it’s easy to use other people’s screenshots, ai etc
Did u ever see the Celtics role on your profile or the chat room access ?
lol I believe u but we are unable to make exceptions so late into the playoffs , the team was still issuing them around last week

Yeah it took me several hours to try to get the role, for the World Cup make sure to verify you’ve gotten access to the locked channel and your role has been issued in your profile
