I put in a $15 flex play that would “cover”/ refund me if I didn’t win and I only got 2/3 but instead of getting 15 back they just gave me what I won from 2/3

That’s how it works. It doesn’t cover you if you lose. You picked 3 and got 2/3 right that’s the payout if you would have got 2/3 wrong it would have been ZERO
