Hi there I am just asking the status of a bonus line up that I won a couple weeks ago. I also recorded my account email linked to prizepicks as shown on the screenshots

I have done this before and have received it as well. But I haven't done anything different from the giveaway from the spurs NBA free lineups. But I haven't received this. Is there anything y'all can do?

Just trying to make a point that I did everything correct in my part. There was no personal information
That email is my spam email/prizepick email
The form only asked to put my email address. That's what I did and the bot responded that my answer was recorded
Since the payouts have already been issued the only thing you could do is ask the host to give you another pick unfortunately
I mean what's the point of promoting a freebie if prizepicks can't honour it
