We got screwed by the bot. I screenshotted my World Cup one because this is bogus and not wanting to remedy is worse. Bad business

We are out of $100s of dollars in lineups because the bot can’t do a simple job. And All we get is a. Oh well we can’t check on it for you. There are ways to check if I reacted to the spurs logo thing.
Unfortunately the spurs line ups have already been paid out and aren’t being reissued.
For future events please make sure you’ve been assigned the role as well as have received access to the team’s locked channel.
Next time they should let us know in the original thread that we would added to a chat. That was not specified. Hopefully you don’t do this to our WC lineups. Bad practice
