I can’t withdraw my funds that I deposited into my account last month. I can’t talk to live support about this issue and all they’re telling me to do is to upload my ID through Socure WHICH I DID five times. Socure is stuck on the reviewing process page each time I try to submit my ID. I need my funds back.

IF the form is completely submitted and getting stuck are you able to try a different way of verification ? Such as a passport, once the form has been completed and submitted it usually takes 1-2 business days to get a response.
