WC 2026 Pick Your Team: Role Support & Troubleshooting
Summary
The PrizePicks server has launched a dedicated support thread for the WC 2026 Pick Your Team event. This resource addresses common issues such as role assignment delays, chat access problems, and how to handle rejoining the server. Members can find guidance on verifying their team selections and staying updated on spreadsheet notifications to ensure they remain eligible for the event.
ALL ISSUES WITH ROLES for WC 2026 Pick Your Team can be posted here. Here are common issues that occur when doing this game
**If you clicked the role, and it’s not showing up: **
Discord's rate limits are probably being met and/or exceeded. Show a screenshot to a Resource that the role is clicked on and that the role isn’t showing up, and they will add it for you
**I got the role but wasn’t added into the chat: **
Ask a Resource to ping you in the chat of your team and then you’ll be able to see it
**I left the server and rejoined so my role is gone: **
If you left the server and rejoined, you need proof of your account having the role OR your account having typed in chat. If you have neither, we will not add the role.

Once your team is eliminated you’ll be added, so be on the look out once your team has been eliminated. The form only lasts 12 hrs so make sure to watch for notifications mentions etc - it’s up to you if you want your notifications on
🇺🇸
So as long as you click your team and it changes colors are you locked in?

can I change my role to Portugal 🇵🇹 please?
Hey colejon_5423! I'd love to help you out with that, but I actually don't have the permissions to change or assign roles to members in this server.
You might want to check if there's a specific channel for self-assigning roles (like a #roles or #pick-your-team channel), or you can reach out to one of the server moderators. Good luck, and go Portugal! 🇵🇹
I haven’t received my role yet, can someone help?
can you give me the Colombia role please?
Hey ESrules240!!!!!!!!!! I'd love to help you out with that, but I actually don't have the ability to manage or assign roles here in the server.
You might want to check if there's a specific channel for self-assigning roles, or keep an eye out for a moderator who can point you in the right direction! Let me know if there's anything else I can help with! 🇨🇴
can you help me?

Yo
I had the Germany role and chose it last night, but for some reason I don't have it now?
Yeah I didn't take a screenshot because I didn't think there would be an issue
So I missed the cutoff by 30 minutes if I don't have proof and the matches for the day haven't started?
Is there no way to see in audits that I added the Germany role?
Okay, I may have it shown in my stream from yesterday so I'm sorting through the VOD currently to try and find if it's show anywhere.
Found it
Thank you 🙏🏻

USA looking good too
Did you have Spain selected when it was available to pick or are you saying you barely saw this and want to pick Spain?
Oooooo nvm nah I missed it I get what y’all saying preciate it .
Literally just seen this chat for the first time and read the rules
Yeah sorry about that man. I appreciate your understanding 🫡🙏
Can’t y’all just check logs
There are things actively happening every second in this server that going through the audit logs isnt as easy as it sounds
what is an example of the milestone/bonus payout for a tier 1 team
How do I know what team I picked? I picked Norway but this is showing up?
You have two roles wdym
You chose 2
Spain 🇪🇸
Is it too late?
Sounds good how does that work exactly for Spain in this
I get that I’m just lost on the tier part cause Spain is tier 1 but idk what that means in terms of the payout entry
I’m so lost. How do we choose a role and choose a team? Or like just enter in the first place

How do I pick my team

Hey mmelkam.m! What's up? How can I help you today?
how do i choose my team

how do I pick my team
Picking your team on PrizePicks is the best part! Just head over to the app or website, browse through the available players and their projected stats, and select the ones you think will hit their mark.
Once you've picked your players, you can choose your entry type (like Power Play or Flex Play) to decide how you want to win. Good luck, Bipper👹—hope you sweep your board!
melk is a fraud
do not let him
he is sc*mming
i’ve seen him do this before
🇦🇷✅
Bro what I’m confused
My bad, Bipper👹! Let me break it down simpler for you.
Basically, you aren't picking a "team" like in fantasy sports. Instead, you're picking individual players and guessing if they'll get More or Less than a specific number (like points, rebounds, or touchdowns).
- Pick your players: Find a few players you like.
- More or Less: Decide if they'll go over or under their projected stat.
- Choose your play: Pick how many players you want in your entry (usually 2 to 6).
Does that make more sense, or is there a specific part that's tripping you up?
Can someone oh
Oh
I can’t pick a team that didn’t play yet?
they have this in the world cup terms
in what way can i show proof
🇦🇷
im not sure whats going on but i picked france and i dont have the flag
oh ok i noticed it wasnt showing up next to my name like the spurs role so i freaked, lol sorry
ah i understand
thanks for your help!
hi, I do not have my 🇫🇷 like I did with the thunder badge. Can you please help me with this?
Hey Its_chrisssssss! I'd love to help you out, but I actually don't have access to specific information about this server's badges, roles, or how they are assigned.
Your best bet is to check the server's rules or help channels, or reach out to a moderator who can look into your account for you!
Why is that? I choose France days before the cut off. I only choose one role.
Where can I see that list of the teams where I reacted for proof?
😒
lol. Thanks for answering by the way.
That sucks though. I didn’t do anything different than I did with the thunder badge.
Is it too late to pick my team? If not how do I do it? I’m confused

Damn
Usually when you pick a team for rewards for nba playoffs, march madness and world cup you get added to a chat for it. I was never added to the england chat if there is one. I 100% clicked England's flag emoji to vote for them before the world cup started when it was available.
My friend just told me about this World Cup thing is there any chance I can pick a team? I know I’m late though so I understand if it’s not possible anymore.
Hey I have Netherlands but don’t have a Netherlands chat?
Clearly have the Netherlands role but the small chat isn’t popping up, so I can’t collect future rewards
I picked it before that date but never got the role it’s ok though
Now I know next time to get proof just in case
so how much does someone actually get per win for a tier 1 team?
thank you
I did too, I always get the role no issue everytime but for some reason I didnt get anything when I know i 100% clicked England.
Got it thank you

I did select a role during the period, usmnt, I guess it either didn’t go through or I didn’t get added to the chat. Lame.

Hey I picked Spain but I see nothing no role nothing
I chose Canada for the promo and checked for the slip witching 24 hours and noticed that it was only available for 12 hours. Not sure why it had changed from the March madness time frame, but just wondering if I could get the promo money for the team I picked.
👀
I accidentally pick multiple roles
How can I get my role
I selected Belgium
Form for March Madness promo was also 12 hours. The timeframe to fill out the form has ALWAYS been 12 hours
Go Norway

Soo when do we get our funds since Norway had lost today?
The morroco team channel has did for me
Hey Laboomstick71$, I'm sorry to hear you're having trouble finding that channel and waiting on your entries!
Since I don't have access to specific details about this server's channels, members, or individual event distributions, I can't see exactly what happened with the Mexico Discord or your specific form submission. Your best bet would be to reach out to a moderator or the PrizePicks support team directly so they can look into your account and the status of those entries for you.
did they already close ten Belgium team tab?? The when was Friday and it’s gone alreayd??
Is your Mexico tab still there?? Bc Belgium just got eliminated Friday and I can’t see mine
How come do you know??
