The move is strategic, enabling us to realize our shared long-term vision and global ambitions. Avalanche has been a great partner to Shrapnel and we continue to hold them in high-regards.
The move also supports the development of a compliant bridge to China's Trusted Copyright Chain (TCC), providing access to over 600 million gamers. Up to 10% of China revenue may be used for periodic $SHRAP repurchases on GalaChain to support ecosystem health, subject to market and regulatory conditions.
