Impersonation scams
We've had a few reports of accounts messaging members claiming to be from the UKMC team. Nobody on the team will ever DM you out of the blue asking for money or personal details, and we don't sell or source medication. Everyone on the team has a visible team role next to their name, so if the account messaging you doesn’t, it’s not one of us.. If you've been contacted by someone claiming to be us, or have any concerns, please let us know in #create-a-ticket
Stock alerts: pick your categories
There's a new option on the panel in #stock-alerts-signup. Press a pharmacy and you'll see Pick categories. Tick Flower, Vapes, Oils, Pastilles or Other and you'll only be notified about those product types. Everything else is still posted in the channels, you just won't be notified. If you've already got alerts switched on, nothing changes for you unless you choose to change your preferences.
Leave a review
If you've tried a product recently, please leave a review in its thread in #flower-discussion, #sublingual-oil-discussion or #other-formulation-discussion. Stock alerts now have a Read Patient Reviews button linking to these threads. We're also working on a rewards system for reviewers, more information to be announced soon.
Cannabis and ADHD study
Sally, a PhD researcher at the University of Bath, is still recruiting for her study on cannabis and ADHD: a short online meeting then a 5-minute daily survey for 21 days, paid up to £62. Full details are in the Reddit post:
