Is your server just starting or is it a relatively small server? The reason I ask is that even if you manage to find moderators, they might not be very reliable. You could end up stuck in a cycle of constantly recruiting new mods instead of actually growing and improving your community.

Since you're a YouTuber, I'd recommend looking for moderators among your early fans. They're already familiar with your content, genuinely interested in what you're building, and more likely to stick around long-term.

It's usually better to start with a few dedicated community members who care about your content than to recruit random people just to fill moderator positions.

Another idea is to start by managing it yourself. You have to, because people look up to you. You're the owner of the server. But then have a channel asking people to apply for moderators.
