CommunityOne Bot Improvements & Dashboard Update

A bit update from us:
Still working on our dashboard, resolved a couple technical issues and wil continue to make progress. Once the dashboard is finished, we will continue add features to allow members for customizations.
Our bot now support UTF-8 and UTF-SIG. Minor changes for those who use a mac. We've also disallowed our bots from mentioning everyone unintentionally (people love to hack our bots!)
We've talked to many of our users behind the scene and one reason that people use our bot is that it is more friendly. For this, we want to improve the way Spark interacts with members. Specifically, there are a couple issue that we want to tackle in the next 3 weeks:
- More human like:
- Reduce instances where the bot says "I am AI model that has no emotions" or "How may I assist you today".
- Message should be concise, like a real human chatting.
- When people are mean, our bot should have the ability to counter in a funny way. For example, if someone goes, "You are stupid". Our bot current response is "I am AI model etc"
- Less hallucination, especially when user is asking our bot for specific action, such as creating a new bot command.
- Detect emotion: We notice that sometimes members seek help from our bot. While our bot is not designed for emotional support, we can do better at detecting and also actively reaching out to users if they need some emotional support. Of course, the moderators and the other human community member can take over in such cases.
We have complied a list of sample input and output to measure our performance, but we are launching a google form: https://forms.gle/XN1teeDHZp9u26Rv7 and feel free to submit any bot response instances that you think fit into any of these criterion.
