CommunityOne Updates: Bot Defense & UI Improvements

@​everyone Hey guys! Some updates from us:

:exclamation: We took a little detour last night when one of our members server had a huge influx of members (or potential bot raid) at about 1 new memer every 2 seconds for the entire day.. we had to significantly brushed up our infrastucture to handle the traffic.

Then we start to do a lot of forensic work on bot accounts, it's hard to find a bot if u have a new member every few seconds and the distribution is close to random. We updated our algorithem on bot detection for this particular group, but if you are facing a ton of bots at unpresdented scale, DM me so that I can figure out if we should implement it server wide.

• We will intergrate all historical member log by default. We sped up a couple back-end operations.

:topggDotYellow: We are close to finish the next round of UI improvement, but we got a ton of feedback from one particular product expert on how to improve member onboarding process and help people make th best use of our analytics, so expect to see more changes when u log on to communityone.io/dashboard.

This week, we will also push out a next iteration of smart listening, where we will allow you to set up how long do u want our bot to wait before responding to members. So if your server is really small and you want our bot to respond right away, or much later (30 mins later), you can set it up yourself...

One of the big issue in any communities is to get people engaged, while web3 is special because they are incentiving users with tokens, I do see a lot of use case for a quest platform in a geniune, voluntary driven community.
