CommunityOne Spark Update: Multi-Agent Mode

@​everyone Update for this week.

(1) We are in the latter half of the Spark sprint. We have completed the refactoring and updating of the backend for Spark. Next week, you should see your configuration dashboard for Spark to be updated along with the feature push.

Ideally, we want to start pushing while continuing to improve it. However, no final decision has been made yet.

Some great news is that in addition to Discord knowledge digest and better chat style, we will allow you to set up Spark to talk or listen in multiple channels, each with different styles or whatever customizations that you want -- Multi-agent mode.

An obvious use case for multiple Spark instances behaving differently in various channels is Testing.

(2) We have yet to finalize the details on Discord knowledge digest and smart routing. We've reviewed some existing bot solutions in and outside of Discord, and they are all subpar, so we are conducting further experiments and investigations to find the right method to make it actually work and make it affordable.

(3) On the dashboard side, we've done some code refactoring to make our quest player stat page much faster. Sorry about the suffering, guys.

Finally, @Souls gave us a great idea on adding a search bar on top of the dashboard. Now that he mentions this, of course we have to do it since a search bar solves a lot of our problems.
