CommunityOne Updates: Analytics Revamp & Collab Open

@​everyoneUpdate for this week, here's what we've done last week
- Improved our UI/UX for onboarding new servers
- Made a server-wise quest (vs individual quests)
- Added one more quest.
- Brushed up on analytics back-end

For the next two weeks, we will be officially working on analytics revamp, specifically targeting the below problems
:1G: A better UI so that you can understand what each indicators mean
:2G: We will introduce new concept and bring our definition on par with discord analytics, here are some of the new KPIs: Server response time, user social reach, estimated total time spent on the server, percentage of spam messages. Channel-wise chat retention.
:3G: We will continue to work on backend, make it faster and start to restructure our database for instant retriver of all data.
