Spark Upgrade: SEO, Agentic RAG & Support

hey guys! Some updates on what we will be doing for the next couple weeks

1. We will focus on SEO and also more progress tracking about forums and annoucements. Given the amount of traffic that we have, we will focus on getting the technical SEO correct rather than focusing on search right now.

2. Our next big sprint will be everything around Spark. The goal is to make spark more fun and be the best support chatbot in the space (Discord or not). Here's some plans and specific features:
   (1) Agentic RAG. This means that our bot will retrieve information more accurately and also we can point out what users are asking but your knowledge doc doesn't have the information.
   (2) LLM Evaluation. For those who care about accuracy, we will automatically run LLM evaluation based on your custom prompt, so that you will see how different modals will answer your members questions automatically on the website.
   (3) For morre caual servers suign us just for fun, we will allow you to select tags and feels and we will generate custom promot automatically based on your selections.
   (4) Finally, i know for large server, spark can be spammy, we will implement a solution to control the amount of messages that a user can send in general chat.

One last thing that is in our discussion, applying Spark to ticket support. We haven't decided on the specification for this feature yet, but if you have any strong opinions, pleae reach out, would love to hear from you.

Very excited about this new round of Spark upgrade. For a long time, Spark has been a Discord central support chatbot and I think we have the best kind in this space.

Our goal after this around of upgrade is to make Spark the best chatbot and the best support bot in the general AI space, rather than just in Discord.
