This year, we’ve been in the kitchen together, testing recipes, burning a few trays, and still somehow making something that smells better every single week.

If the XBorg community is a cake, here’s what it’s made of:

• The @Member is the flour – you’re the base, the structure, the reason this thing even exists.
• The @Prometheus Owner & @XBG Holder are the sugar – you bring the sweetness, the conviction, the belief when the oven gets too hot.
• The @Core Staff is the butter – you’re in every layer, holding it together even when no one is watching.
• The @Titans are the vanilla – you were here before the batter made sense, and your flavour runs through everything.
• The @Hall Of Fame is the seasoning – small in quantity, huge in impact. You change the taste of the whole thing with tiny moves.
• The @-- CONTRIBUTORS -- are the egg whites – you bind it all. You listen, build, mod, organise, test, and quietly turn chaos into something that actually rises.

To everyone who shipped, lurked, memed, held, argued, suggested, or just showed up this year: thank you. You didn’t just “join a community”, you helped bake it.

Next year, we’re turning up the heat.
More experiments. More contributor-first systems. More ways for you to shape what we build, not just react to it.

The market conditions have not been kind to us in Q4, thus we have seen poor results with our current buyback strategy. We believe buybacks will be more effective in greener markets and when aligned with our major catalysts. We are also taking into consideration alternative value sharing methods following our discussion with Prometheus NFT holders.
