Urgent: MaticX/MATIC Withdrawal Process Update
Summary
CIAN announces coordinated withdrawal and exit processing for affected MaticX/MATIC strategies after Stader discontinues Polygon support. Assets will be non-withdrawable on Polygon after August 3, 2026. Users must connect to the CIAN dApp and complete Approve plus EIP-2612 authorization by July 18, 2026 to opt into assisted exits. Ensure gas balance and avoid manual withdrawals to reduce risks.

We have an important update regarding the MaticX/MATIC strategies.
As Stader will discontinue Polygon-side support for MaticX, assets will no longer be withdrawable from Polygon after August 3, 2026.
Because of this, CIAN will centrally process withdrawals and exits for the affected MaticX/MATIC strategies to help users exit in an orderly manner and reduce potential risks.
If you still hold positions in either of the affected strategies, please visit the CIAN dApp, connect your wallet, complete the required Approve transaction, and configure EIP-2612 authorization before July 18, 2026.
We recommend setting the authorization validity period to at least 30 days.

We strongly recommend that users withdraw through CIAN’s coordinated process. Please avoid withdrawing manually, as individual manual withdrawals may affect the overall withdrawal process for all users.
If authorization is not completed before July 18, 2026, it will be considered that the user has chosen not to authorize CIAN to assist with the exit/deleveraging process. Any losses or additional costs caused by this will be borne by the user.
