New Security Update: Quarantine Role Added
Summary
The Make Money Online ๐ธ community has implemented a new security update by adding a "@โข๏ธ Quarantine role" to automatically restrict suspicious new members. This role removes access to most channels, confining users to a single "quarantine" channel for instructions, with the ultimate goal of preventing scammers from viewing member lists and key channels without resorting to strict verification methods. Users who receive this role must take action or face a ban.
Added a new security measure for the server. Suspicious joiners and people will receive a @โข๏ธ Quarantine role (colour of poop, because they are shitty people). Anyone who receives this role will lose access to all the channels and will only be able to see one named "quarantine". In there they will be instructed how they can change their fate. If they do not take action after receiving it they will be banned.
Main goal for this will be to stop scammers from being able to see the online member list, #๐ฌใปgeneral, and the #join-logs channels. I also don't want to ban people who didn't do anything wrong and don't want to add trashy 2 step verification bots or force phone number verifications.
