Surge mainnet beta is coming. We are looking for a Community Support Specialist to help us deliver world-class product support and grow our community throughout the Beta period.

You’ll spend your time primarily helping players through live chat in Zendesk. When time allows - you'll bring good vibes and and high energy to our community in Discord and help to continue growing the Metafide family.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Be a go-to person for players needing help (live chat via Zendesk).
- Jump into Discord to welcome new members, answer questions, and keep energy high.
- Escalate bugs and technical issues to the development team.
- Cover “power hour” events where the community goes into overdrive.
- Balance between live product support and Discord community engagement.
What We’re Looking For
- Someone who genuinely loves people - empathetic, patient, professional but personable.
- Strong written english communication skills (clear, friendly, and easy to understand).
- Basic understanding of crypto infrastructure/process - wallets, wallet connections, and crypto trading (or willingness to learn fast).
- Available between 11am – 7pm ET (about 6 - 7 hours a day, 5 days a week) depending on company needs.
- Flexible and adaptable - things move fast in crypto and gaming!
Bonus Points If You Have
- Experience with support tools like Zendesk.
- Experience running or supporting Discord communities.
- Interest in web3, gaming, or trading.
