Metafide AI: New FIDE Support Framework Launched
Summary
Metafide AI has launched a new FIDE Support Framework to streamline user assistance and replace direct messages for support. This framework organizes help requests into three distinct channels: Community Support for general and non-technical needs, Technical Support for product issues, and Proposal Support for external opportunities. This change aims to consolidate support, improve user experience, and ensure faster, more efficient resolutions.
FIDE Support Update
To kick things off we have a brand new support framework (no more DMs!)!!
Now for all your support needs check out #🫶┃fide-support!
Here you can open a range of tickets based on what you need help with.
👨👩👦 Community Support - for any non-technical needs such as discord support, event support, community competitions and general queries
🛠️ Technical Support - this is for anything regarding the product itself. Think bugs, game rewards, account support etc
💡 Proposal Support - all marketing, collaboration and external opportunities go through here to reach the right person quickly and efficiently.
This consolidates our support, streamlines your experience and delivers faster, more succinct resolutions for you! 🥳
We are here to help any way we can 💪
