While everybody is heads down racking up their wins in Range FIDE(r) and Spot - we have bundled together another update for the community.

So it all started with a bang!! 💥
The discord exploded
The faucet got slammed
and the you have all be bending, breaking and racking up those game plays!!

Simply put....
You guys are the best.. So we just talked it over with the team here.

We have a bunch of changes set to ship tomorrow. The main price displayed in the range game, is indeed off. However the price the game uses to calculate the end result is correct. If you play the game - check the live price of Bitcoin against CMC or Binance prices and you'll be good.

HOWEVER - **anyone who has played the range game and lost tokens will receive a claim link to claim them back. **

AND - any tokens you play still count towards the leaderboards. So if you play tokens and lose them, you get credit plus you'll get them back. We want everyone to know that all this early help on the game is appreciated. And as a way to show the appreciation - anyone who plays or has played the game, through 2pm UTC tomorrow - WILL GET ALL THEIR $FIDE BACK. This is only for Range FIDE(r) - the range game - and does not apply to the spot game.

So, let 'em rip. We have your backs. Feel free to go in there and run wild. And thanks, everyone.

**ANNOUNCEMENT : As of today, Aug 26 12:00:00 UTC time version 1 rewards and predictions are being replaced by version 2. **

V2 features much tighter prediction windows - and it becomes more important than ever to consider your position before taking it - it places a premium on player skill. Players with great win rates will be rewarded with special contests throughout the next several months, and will also be among the early invites to the next game we're working on as well - giving them a chance to win early tokens like the community did in hi-FIDE/lo-FIDE.

The objective here is to try to be accurate in hi-FIDE/lo-FIDE - and the criteria will be

**DAILY Rewards, calculated just after midnight with a share of 100,000 tokens per prize pool, of which there are 3: **

• Top 25 in win rate are rewarded
• Most games played in a 24-hour period receive a ratio amount of the prize pool for their share of games played
• Most tokens won in a 24-hour period receive a ratio amount of the prize pool for their share of games played

Weekly Rewards are run Sunday, with a share of 500,000 tokens per prize pool of which there are 3:

• Top 100 in win rate are rewarded
• Most games played in a 7-day period receive a ratio amount of the prize pool for their share of games played
• Most tokens won in a 7-day period receive a ratio amount of the prize pool for their share of games played
