no one , i mean NO ONE had and yet has access to the internet freely
except those from the government and those who have enough money to buy the special simcards which provide a limited internet at least hundred times more expensive than what isp provide

i will again start to find ways to connect
this time that the government claims they opened the internet to us ( since this morning ) , i've tried so many old ways to connect
but
this time the government is one step ahead of us and blocked them
so we have to stay patient and find more ways to connect
