By accessing and using CommunityOne Analytics ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

CommunityOne Analytics provides Discord server analytics and moderation tools. The Service includes:

  • Server activity tracking and analytics
  • Moderation tools and features
  • Community engagement metrics
  • Custom dashboard and reporting

3. User Obligations

Users of the Service agree to:

9. Refund and Cancellation Policy

9.1 Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your subscription to CommunityOne Premium (Analytics and other features) at any time. To cancel your subscription, please follow the instructions in your account settings on our configuration platform. Upon cancellation, you will continue to have access to the Service until the end of your current billing cycle.

9.2 Refund Policy
We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for all new subscribers. If you are not satisfied with the Service within the first 7 days of your subscription, you can request a full refund. To request a refund, please contact our support team with your account details and the reason for the refund. Refunds are processed within 7 business days and will be issued to the original method of payment.

Please note that this refund policy does not apply to renewals and is only valid for first-time subscribers. After the 7-day period, no refunds will be issued.

9.3 No Refunds for Partial Use or Non-Use
You will not receive a refund or credit for partial months of service or refunds for months unused with an open account. To avoid being charged, you must cancel your subscription before the billing period ends.

9.4 Changes to the Refund and Cancellation Policy
We reserve the right to modify our Refund and Cancellation Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the Service's website. It is your responsibility to review this Refund and Cancellation Policy periodically for updates.
