We're making some rumble changes (just to avoid confusion between casual/prize games)

Starting tomorrow, rumbles with prizes will be done in #【𓇻】rumbles「closed」
All game pings will now include the Shisui/Karuta GA ping in them, as well as the prizes being won.

The channel will be opened/closed as needed we will continue to do our regular 5 token rumble matches for Shisui, we also have cards that we will start rumbling out more as well

We will also endeavor to schedule more karuta giveaways and karuta-related rumbles!

We will still hold (and allow others to hold) prizeless rumble matches in #【🗡️】rumble . The command to send these pings is still the same: /rumble-ping but the role has been changed, and needs to be reclaimed. This is to ensure only those who WANT casual rumble pings will get them. Otherwise you will get the relevant Shisui/Karuta GA pings for the games with the good stuff (prizes)
Only claim this role if you enjoy murder for sport

I will include a convenient button to assign the role here, but otherwise you can go into Channels & Roles at the top of your channel list to get it.

USE THE TAGS!

The most powerful feature of using a forum channel for a marketplace over standard discord channels is tags. You can populate your post list with whatever you're looking for easily. There is no need to scroll through the post list Buyers can find exactly what they're looking for, and sellers can easily navigate to where transactions are conducted with a single click!

This is brand new and we fully expect to encounter issues. We appreciate your patience as we iron things out and fully solidify what will (hopefully) be a busy, easy to use marketplace for Shisui!

We have some big news! @Shisui is now available in our server!

For those of you that are not familiar with this new bot, Shisui is a card collecting game with thousands of characters, from your favourite anime to your favourite musician, your favourite game to your favourite sitcoms. Build your collection, trade with your friends, and most importantly have fun!

To get started, here are our dedicated channels for Shisui drops and commands:

The shelp command will pull up a whole list of commands used for Shisui.
DROPPING & GRABBING
You can use the sdrop (or sd) command to drop a random set of cards, which you or any other player can grab.
To grab a card, use the 1, 2, or 3 reaction buttons that corresponds to the card you want.

VIEWING CARDS
You can use the sview (or sv) command to look at any card you've grabbed.
scardinfo (or sci) to see the card's detailed stats
slookup (or slu) to find more information on that character.

You can view a full list of the cards you own with the scollection (or sc) command.

We've added a new ping role @Games 🎮 for anyone who wishes to be notified when we plan to play games together

To grab the ping role, go to Channels & Roles (as shown in the image)
Grab the rumble ping too if you haven't already we do tons of karuta giveaways through rumble!

We'll play a variety of stuff, but the big three are:

• Lethal Company
• PEAK

SPEAKING OF THESE GAMES, we also have modpacks for each of them, which are super easy to install and I've taken the liberty of making it even easier with a new command:

• Removed Mudae Player role
  • Mudae is a low-usage bot and at this time there are no plans to have any events or giveaways related to Mudae. If this changes it will be revisited.
• Added Pronoun Roles @He/Him @They/Them @She/Her
  • Strictly optional, but figured some would be interested in having this as an option. These can be selected in the Channels & Roles section at the very top of your channel list
• Added Rumble Ping @🏹
  • Be notified when rumble games are starting. This is acquired in the same place: Channels & Roles at the top of your channel list.

• There are also now buttons in Channels & Roles that will update your channel list if needed. There is one to add ALL channels, and one to only add non-karuta channels. Choose accordingly if you're missing channels :)

• Upcoming Events

• We will soon be having our very first annual Crystalfly catching competition! This is a chat-based event in which chat activity will "spawn" crystalflies that can be caught by pressing a button. In other words, yapping and making friends is the best way to win there will be serious prizes on the line and multiple different ways to win so please stay tuned!

• Also, we will soon be launching an Invite/Referral bonus system in which members who invite other members will be rewarded! Stay tuned for more info on this.

Not long after Springtide concludes for Karuta, we will be hosting our very own crystalfly catching competition! I won't go into too much detail now, but basically it is a chat activity event where messages will "spawn" that has a thing that can be caught.
