i keep getting this message after i got everything setup for my server but everytime i put the info in for bedrock it says this, but loads just fine in java

How to add mods manually on the server i tried it and it didn't work for me. me and a buddy opened a community server And can't add mods on it. if its possible can someone help me adding mods to the server in a voice chat?
