⚠️ The vlayer Prover Servers 1.4.x will be turned off on Friday, September 26th, 2025. After this date, only vlayer 1.5.0 and above will be supported.

🚨 Breaking Changes in SDK v1.03 🚨

We’ve released SDK v1.03, which includes a critical upgrade to the underlying TLSNotary (TLSN) library. This upgrade introduces breaking changes compared to v1.02, meaning older versions are no longer compatible with current vlayer extension.

🔧 What Changed?
- TLSN has been updated to Alpha 10, which improves security, reliability, and performance.
- This change affects how proofs are generated and verified, and may break integrations built on v1.02.

• What You Need to Do

Please upgrade vlayer SDK to version 1.03 as soon as possible to ensure compatibility with the current vlayer extension.

To upgrade, type in the terminal:

vlayer update

If you encounter issues, feel free to ping us in #SUPPORT or open a GitHub issue.

We’ll start accepting Mainnet gas requests next week, but only for users who’ve completed the feedback form in the request flow.

Please be sure to go into as much detail as possible - it helps us understand what you’re building and how we can support you.
