Here's the steps:
1. blur the background to ~30%
2. blur the character to 5-10%
3. resize the image to 512x512px
4. add a circle with 25% opacity with the colour #308075
5. add a thin cross with 25% opacity and with the colour #308075
6. type "IGN Tr1angleTo4st" in white with a shadow and add bold and italic to it
7. add "Maps | Gaming | More" in bold and italic with black outline in shadow

You can either drop a photo editing software with custom fonts or the pfp.

so, we have a level system. as long as u give more perms at higher levels, people will be more active to get them, i think u can add at level like 30 to see videos before they come out (not required) you can add slowmode to #💬┃general then at level 20 u get the Bypass Slowmode permission and lastly at
level 15 or 25 6 timeouts for a ban

this means that instead of timing them out, you give them a role where they cant speak and react and allat and that means they can go to the channel and using make an appeal
