Optimizing Coaching Cinderace Teams | VGC Strategy Guide

ملخص

At Pokémon Champions | VGC Battles & Tournaments, we explore advanced team building strategies. This discussion focuses on refining a Coaching Cinderace team by excluding common meta picks like Incineroar and Gholdengo. The guide provides insights into maintaining a core of Baxcalibur, Ninetales, and Corviknight while optimizing Cinderace's Libero ability for better competitive performance.

A bit ago I made a coaching cinderace team an I felt like it had serious problems but now I want to use team like the team pokeaim just made I just really Don want to use kingambit, I’m a little reluctant in using Lucario z and I’m reluctant in using choice scarf basc. I also don’t want to use incineroar, sneasler, gholdengo, metagross, golisopod, or indeedee f

Given your exclusions, I’d keep Baxcalibur, Ninetales, Cinderace and Corviknight as the starting core. Bax and Corviknight already give Coaching physical targets, and you can keep Life Orb Basculegion with Protect rather than forcing the Scarf version. Mega Venusaur can remain your alternative mode when Bax isn’t the right Mega.

One Cinderace detail matters a lot: Coaching can activate Libero and turn it into a Fighting-type. Once that change is used, it won’t switch back to Fire just by clicking Pyro Ball on the next turn. That changes both your defensive matchups and Pyro Ball’s STAB. Blaze is worth testing if you mainly want repeat Coaching support while keeping Fire STAB available.
