If God existed, would you worship him?

Yep, I agree

Reply

It’s a pretty weird concept, religion just tried to control people fr

But why would he need such worship

Reply

He sounds like a leader or someone who feeds from praise

Reply

I don’t wanna say the name for it to not offend you but that’s how I view it

Reply

If you worship something you loss autonomy over yourself and psychologically enslave yourself to something

Why would god rely on such admiration for him? Is he a leader?

So can you elaborate on how god (I’ll write God if it offends you, I don’t really care) works thru us and how it’s viewed as a positive thing? I’m just trying to get what ur saying

I don’t know if your first assumptions are correct, specifically the part where you claim that when one lets god works thru him, he does what is right and abhors what is wrong. I think (in fact I know, and you probably do too) that many god believers and god fearers can do bad things despite god working within them as they see it and work with it. I think there’s even a trend where highly religious countries tend to participate in more wars and civil wars (Nigeria, Ethiopia, Russia etc). So how can you claim that if you enslave yourself to that god, which is Jesus in the human form, you can be guided to the right path and abhor from what’s wrong?

So what’s the claim, what’s going in this path gives you
