Important Notice About Unwanted Server Invites / Poaching

We have been made aware that some people may be reaching out to Crave HQ members/customers and trying to invite them to other servers or pull customers away from our community.

If someone DMs you, adds you, or contacts you trying to get you to leave Crave HQ, join another food server, or order somewhere else, please report it to staff as soon as possible.

Valid proof is required. Please make sure you have screenshots showing:

• Who messaged you
• What they said
• Their username/profile
• The server or invite they were trying to send you to

Please do not harass them, argue with them, or start drama. Just take screenshots and send the proof to staff so we can handle it properly.

To report this, please go to the support section and open a general support ticket. Once the ticket is open, provide all proof and screenshots there so staff can review everything.

Anyone who provides real proof of someone trying to poach Crave HQ customers may receive a one-time food discount.

This discount will only be given for valid proof, and it will be available once our discount system is fully released and ready.

This helps us protect the server, our customers, and the community we are building here.

VERY IMPORTANT: CHIPOTLE BALANCE NOTICE

Please read this carefully before adding balance.

This only applies to Chipotle / Chip balance. This does not apply to CFA.

Please do not add more balance to the bot than you actually need for your Chipotle order.

Your Chipotle bot balance should not be used like a long-term wallet or storage place for extra money. Please only deposit what you are planning to use for the order you are placing.

For example:

1 entrée = $5 balance needed
2 entrées = $10 balance needed

If you are ordering two entrées with one group link, only add the amount needed for those two entrées. If you are only ordering one entrée, only add what is needed for that one entrée.

Very important: If you currently have extra Chipotle balance left in the bot and you are not planning to order again today, please try to use that balance soon.

If something were to happen with the bot, provider, payment system, or anything outside of our control, we would always try our best to help and make things right, but we do not want members keeping large unused balances sitting in the system.

To avoid issues, please only deposit what you need and use any remaining Chipotle balance as soon as possible.

We want to make Chipotle $4 per entrée permanently.

To be clear, Chipotle is still $5 per entrée right now. However, if we can grow the server, bring in more active customers, and get more consistent daily sales, I am willing to lower the price to $4 per entrée permanently.

This would not be a temporary sale or one-day discount. The goal would be to make $4 entrées the normal price as long as expenses do not go up and the server is bringing in enough daily orders to keep everything worth running.

Everyone in the server can help make this happen. Invite your friends, tell people who may actually be interested, and help bring more real customers into the server. The more active people we have ordering, the easier it is for us to lower prices and keep improving everything.

Please do not post our invite in other servers without permission, spam people, or try to poach customers from other communities. DMing friends or people you actually know is fine, but do not harass random people or cause problems in other servers.

If everyone helps out and we can grow the server more, this benefits everyone. More members, more orders, and more daily activity means we can hopefully lock in $4 Chipotle entrées as the permanent price.

We now officially have a Crave HQ server tag available.

If you want to support the server, make sure to equip the tag and represent Crave HQ. It helps the server look more active, more official, and it shows that you’re part of the community.

In the future, members who have the Crave HQ server tag equipped will be able to receive special perks, including discounts on certain orders, deals, or server offers.

More details about the discount system will be announced later, but for now, if you want to be ready for those future perks, make sure you have the server tag equipped.

Chick-fil-A is now available!

For anyone who has not seen yet, we now have Chick-fil-A as an order option in the server.

Chick-fil-A is also handled through the fully automated bot system, just like our other ordering options. You can place your order through the bot, follow the steps, and receive confirmations/updates through the system.

Please make sure you read everything carefully when ordering so there are no issues.

Crave HQ Rebrand

We have officially changed the server name and branding to Crave HQ.

Since the server is no longer only focused on Chipotle and we are also working with Chick-fil-A, DoorDash, and more, we wanted a name and brand that fits everything we are doing moving forward.

The rebrand is now fully set in place as of today, and this will be the name we continue building under from here on out.

Big thank you to @Vyxen for helping come up with the new name and creating the new logo for the server.

There will be a bigger announcement soon going over all of the changes, updates, and new things we have been working on. That is why we did not ping you guys And as we've already pinged you a lot today

Reminder: Chipotle is open again!

Just posting another reminder for anyone who may have missed the first announcement. Chipotle orders are officially back open after being closed for about a month or two.

Orders are now handled through the new automated bot system in #📜『order-here』. Everything will go through the bot, tickets, and DM confirmations to make the process smoother and easier to follow.

Quick info:

Price: $5 per entrée
Timeframes: 12 PM, 3 PM, 6 PM, and 9 PM EST
Entrée limits: No entrée limit per timeframe
Deposits: You must deposit before ordering
Payments: Cash App or crypto through the deposit system

Please make sure you read the deposit instructions and follow the bot carefully before placing an order. Since this is a newer system, there may still be a few small issues, so please be patient if anything comes up.

Sorry, we forgot to mention one important thing about the new ordering system.

Important Deposit Info Before Ordering

Before placing a Chipotle order, you will need to add funds to your wallet first.

To deposit, go to #📜『order-here』 and click the Deposit button next to the order button. This will open a separate deposit ticket where you can add money using either Cash App or crypto.

Deposit options:

Crypto — no added fee
Cash App — 7% processing fee

If you deposit with Cash App, the bot will ask how much you want to deposit, then it will open a payment link for you to pay through.

If you deposit with crypto, the bot will ask which crypto you want to use, then it will give you an invoice with the exact amount and wallet address to send to. Once the proper amount is sent to the correct address, the bot will automatically detect it and credit your balance.

Please make sure you deposit before ordering, because orders use your wallet balance. Your balance is what pays for the order when it goes through.

If you need help with a crypto exchange, please open a support ticket and MK can help if needed.

Please read everything carefully before depositing or ordering so there are no issues.

Chipotle is finally reopening!

After being closed for about a month or two, we are happy to announce that Chipotle orders are officially coming back. We know it has been a long wait, and we seriously appreciate everyone who stayed patient with us while we worked on getting everything fixed, rebuilt, and ready to run again.

This time, we are reopening with a new fully automated system. Orders will now be handled through the bot, tickets, and DM confirmations to make the process faster, smoother, and more organized for everyone.

Important info:

Price: $5 per entrée
Timeframes: 12 PM, 3 PM, 6 PM, and 9 PM EST
Entrée limits: There is no limit on the amount of entrées per timeframe
Cancellations: You can cancel your order anytime before the deadline and receive your money back
Confirmations: Order confirmations and updates will be sent through DMs
Tickets: Tickets will still be used for the order process and support

Since this is a new bot and a new system, please understand that there may be a few small issues at first. The bot has been tested, and we do not expect many problems, but if anything does come up, please be patient while staff works through it.

We have also been testing DD for a while now, and it has been going really well for the most part. Because of that, DD is now officially available, and it should be fully out of testing very shortly. More updates about that will be posted as we continue getting everything fully set up.

Again, we are sorry for being closed for so long. We wanted to make sure things were done better instead of rushing the server back open with the same issues. Thank you all for sticking with us, supporting the server, and being patient while we worked on everything.

Hey everyone, I wanted to officially introduce myself and announce that I’m now the new Head Developer / Co-Owner of the server.

I’m really glad to be here and excited to start helping out with more things around the community. From now on, I’ll be working on server-related projects, improvements, systems, and future updates to help make everything better, smoother, and more organized.

One of the main things we’re going to be working on is improving the way DD / UE orders are handled. To be clear, this would not be an automated checkout bot. The idea would be more of an improved ticketing/order system that is better suited for DD and UE orders, so the process can be easier, cleaner, and more organized for everyone.

This is still something that would need to be planned, tested, and worked on properly, but if people would like to see a better DD / UE ticketing system added to the server, please react to this announcement so we can see how many people would actually want and use it.

I’ll also be taking over and helping manage a lot more areas moving forward, so expect more updates, changes, and improvements over time. My goal is to help make the server better for everyone and bring in new ideas that actually help the community.

@Member Testing the CFAs accs, we've been getting really good SR. So I will be officially releasing them. If you guys want to get some accs for yourselves I will be selling them 15c each. But because you guys won't be able to send payment for less than a dollar over Zelle or PayPal, if you guys want to buy in bulk. 6 accs will be minimum, each acc will have rewards already on them. I will try to get a working OTP bot soon so you guys won't have to open a ticket and ask me each time. But for the time being $1 = 6 accs, and OTP ask me and provide me email you need for in support ticket.

Side note: chicken strips reward will expire in less than 2 days if you guys want the reward I would suggest getting it ASAP.

DD testing will come back soon, there have been quite some errors and bugs with the bot that required my attention. Hopefully the bot will be back up and running tomorrow, if not I will keep you all updated.
